About Samantha

Hi there! My name is Samantha Bowling. I have been helping people move since 2018. I have always enjoyed working with people and exceptional customer service is a top priority for me. Each transaction is a unique journey and I am grateful and blessed by each client who allows me to be a part of their journey. 

I was Rookie of the Year in my first year in real estate and have been given several awards from the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors for my sales records.  I was also voted Best of Southern Maryland for Real Estate Agent in 2025 and plan on defending my title in 2026! 

I was born and raised in Southern Maryland, and I am very comfortable navigating the area and market here. I am also excited to expand into the Virginia market this year!  

A little about me: After living in Anne Arundel County for a couple of years, my family came back home to Southern Maryland and settled in Charlotte Hall. I have been married for 27 years to my husband, who I have known since high school. We have 4 kids, 7 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 granddaughter we love to spoil!

When I am not helping clients make their moves, I love to read, go boating, ride our side-by-side and travel with my family. I also love volunteering with a local animal rescue.
